At Animal Medical Care we believe that happy pets help contribute to happy homes. Our goal is to give each and every pet the attention they deserve. We don't just comb their hair and call it a day...we insist on doing whatever it takes to make them look better than ever. Whether you're looking for a routine grooming service or just a one-time visit we are here to serve you and your pet.We will work around your schedule to accomodate any need you have. Should you need to drop off your pet, you may do so during our normal business hours; pets that have completed their grooming service can also be picked up during our hours of operation. If you aren't sure which look is right for your pet our grooming team will be happy to consult with you. We offer a summer shaving service to make sure your long-haired furry friend is kept feeling cool in the heat of North Georgia. Our office is conveniently located in Gainesville GA so that you can easily access our facility from locations throughout Northeast Georgia. Our groomer can help answer any questions you might have about your pet's care. We specialize in styling your pet to look they way they should. We pay special attention to cleaning their ears, trimming their nails, washing them, shampooing them, cleaning their pads and keeping their eyes clean.We are proud to have a full-time groomer on our staff to make your grooming needs even more attainable. Our groomer, Chris Joyner, specializes in creating custom grooms to fit the needs and desires of the pet's owner. Chris began his career in 1990 as a bather in a groom shop, then followed that up by completing his apprenticeship in 1997. Chris began working at Animal Medical Care in 2006, where he enjoys working with the varied temperaments of the pets. Chris's goal, and that of Animal Medical Care, is to achieve a happy and peaceful grooming experience. Chris and his wife of 11 years, Krista, have two children, Holden and Annabel, and enjoy spending time with their three dogs Bubbles, Butterscotch and Casper. To groom or not to groom, at home? |
