Animal Medical Care (AMC) is committed to providing you, your pet, and the Gainesville and Hall County community with high-quality veterinary care and service. We are an AAHA accredited animal hospital that is focused on building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
AMC’s owners, Dr. Denise Funk and Dr. Chris Potter, are involved in all of the day-to-day interactions with AMC’s clients and patients. If an issue arises, at least one of them will be there to address it. Clients can expect personalized service, and their pets can expect fear-free veterinary care.
AMC was founded in 1967 by Dr. John Sundstrom, a long-time mentor to both Dr. Funk and Dr. Potter. Although Dr. Sundstrom retired in 2014, his vision of AMC as a client-focused business that also gives back to the Gainesville and Hall County community is alive and well. AMC has grown and adapted to meet the expanding needs of the community, but it remains true to its roots.
Animal Medical Care is one of the newest and largest veterinary hospitals in Northeast Georgia, and it consistently invests in modern equipment to ensure the best patient care. AMC is also committed to continual advancement in clinical and surgical techniques to provide the best care for your pet.
Animal Medical Care – Adding years to life, and life to years.
